Always pioneering new developments, the distributor has completely reinvented the catalogue format. The new RS digital catalogue offers an enhanced virtual browsing experience for a selection of 80.000 of their most popular products. It allows customers to view full product ranges, accessories and associated products in digital page layout.

The digital catalogue will be available in 6 languages and 23 local market versions as a customisable PDF download; allowing users to select specific product ranges that are of interest to them. It gives users the functionality to be able to find, compare and filter products and links seamlessly to the RS website where internet access is available. Enhanced functionality

The user can choose to browse the digital catalogue page-by-page or flick across complete sections at a time. For those customers who know which products they want to view, they can use the search facility to find a specific stock number, manufacturer part number, product type or page number. Enhanced functionality allows the user to bookmark pages as well as create and save notes for future reference. Recently viewed pages are also stored, allowing users to navigate to pages they have previously viewed.

The digital catalogue seamlessly links to the RS website; providing the user with the latest product data through dynamic product updates and latest pricing information. Whilst connected, the user has access to all of the additional online information such as the latest data sheets, and gives the customer access to fast and convenient online ordering.
